My secret is simple," says Charlie Morrow, describing
the collaborative process that has brought CMA international acclaim.
"I bring together the absolutely best people in their fields -- composers,
artists, writers, and technicians. The key is to strike a balance
between the experience of seasoned professionals and the raw creativity
of emerging talents. Once we have a potent creative mix, we simply
submit to the mystery, not to mention the agony and joy of the creative
process. And then the magic happens."
